moody beauty (we, us, our) is based in Los Angeles, California.

Eligibility

Orders & payment

An order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, and may cancel after acceptance in cases of fraud, error, stock shortage, or violations of these terms.

Payment is collected at checkout via a payment processor. We don't store full card numbers on our servers.

Pricing & errors

Prices and product details are as accurate as we can make them. Mistakes happen. If a price or detail is materially wrong on an order you've placed, we'll contact you to confirm or cancel before shipping.

Limitation of liability

Our total liability for any claim related to the site or product is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Disputes & governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute related to the site or product will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you and moody consent to that jurisdiction.
