moody beauty (we, us, our) is a skincare brand based in Los Angeles, California. This policy explains what personal information we collect through youremoody.com, what we do with it, and what choices you have.

We try to collect as little as possible. What we do collect falls into a few buckets.
- You give us: your name, email, shipping address, billing address, phone (optional), and order details when you buy or sign up.
- Payment processors handle payment data: we never see your full card number. Our processor handles it.
- You give us when you write us: the contents of your messages, so we can answer.
- Automatic browsing data: IP address, device type, browser, pages visited, referral source. Used for security, analytics, and improving the site.
- Marketing preferences: whether you've opted into the mood list and what you've engaged with.
How we use it
- To process and ship your order.
- To answer customer questions and provide support.
- To send marketing emails (only if you opt in — and you can unsubscribe from any of them).

Who we share with

Our products and site are not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided data, write us and we'll delete it.
International users
We're based in the U.S. and only ship to the U.S. at launch. If you visit our site from outside the U.S., your information will be processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from your country.
