Processing

Orders ship within 1–2 business days. We pack everything in-house — no third-party fulfillment ghosting your package for three weeks.

If you order before 12 PM PT on a weekday, your package usually goes out the same afternoon.

Methods & rates

  • Standard U.S. shipping is free on orders over $50.
  • Under $50, a flat rate is calculated at checkout based on your zip code.
  • Express options are available at checkout if you need it faster.

Delivery times

  • Standard ground: 3–5 business days after shipping.
  • Express: 1–2 business days after shipping.
  • We don't ship on weekends or U.S. federal holidays.

Carriers do most of the work here — if your tracking says something different from above, the tracking is right.

Where we ship

We ship to all 50 U.S. states and Washington, D.C. at launch.

International shipping is on our list. If you're outside the U.S. and want first dibs when we go international, write us at hey@youremoody.com.

Tracking

You'll get an email the moment your order ships, with a tracking number and a live status link.

If you don't see anything after 2 business days from ordering, check your spam folder first. Then write us and we'll figure it out.

Order changes

You can modify or cancel an order any time before it ships. Email us with your order number and we'll catch it.

Once a package is labeled and out the door, we can't recall it — but our 30-day return policy still applies.

Lost or damaged

It happens. Carriers misplace boxes. Boxes get crushed.

If your tracking goes silent for more than 5 business days after shipping, or you receive a damaged package, email hey@youremoody.com with your order number. We replace lost or damaged packages. No investigation interview.

Wrong address

If we catch it before shipping, easy fix — just write us.

If the package is already out, the carrier will usually try a few times and then return it to us. We'll re-ship to the corrected address (you cover the actual carrier fee if there is one). No drama.
